Today I finished the encoding and cutting of most of OpenFest’s video – unfortunately there are a lot of holes, lost files, etc. (I’ll write a howto for next time and will configure the file server for the movies before everything). To this moment everything without the OpenArtCon is 5.7GB, with it it will probably be 7.5G, let’s see where are we going to upload them…

In the evening Boyan and Marieta visited, and spoke a lot – he’s came back, and that’s what I intend to do in a few years…

I keep listening to Bear’s wedding with the headphones on max…
And to append something, because I just saw what has Alex written in her blog about OpenFest – don’t worry that I was exhausted, etc at the fest, this is my favourite condition – grumbling, somewhat tired, overloaded, with more adrenaline than blood and alcohol, with a lot of stuff to do, with problems, solutions, with fun people and with thousands of moments where for almost no time you can think of and implement any joke just for the idea (exactly the way my photo with lying between the laptops happened :) ). These things make the life of an admin meaningful, in the least you can look back and say “Unbelievable, but it worked” :)

How was that, “The hard things we do right now, the impossible ones take some more time” :)
