by Vasil KolevMorning really is a productive period … I’m already done with the script for synchronizing the debian archive (it’s avialable at https://vasil.ludost.net/progs/anonrsync), fixed some little problems in my net setup (and it appears that I’ll have to dig in the dhcp client, there are some wrinkles left), and a lot of other stuff…
It’s interesting what kinds of thoughts come to me in the early morning – in a thread in orkut someone said that he was afraid to post unanonymously, and the first thing I thought about (and posted) was the The Bene Gesserit Litany of Fear from Frank Herbert’s “Dune”:
I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see it’s path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.
That’s an interesting way to start your day ….
(Oh, and happy getting old to Plamen Tonev (Microphobic) :) )
