by Vasil KolevI’m an idiot.
I decided to try how will Xgl work with my work environment, so I installed it – turned out to be pretty funny… First I had to use packages from Ubuntu, because it’s still missing from Debian, then it turned out that some things are missing and I had to do some patching – that was good, but then the horror came… Nothing to do with my previous setup, had to put back the ctrl-alt-e to run a terminal (I can’t live terminalless :) ), and I feel dizzy when the workspaces turn around. I can’t really think of removing it, though, because I really messed some stuff… But if it wasn’t so fast and soooo cool, I would’ve killed it already :))))
I wonder if I have to put a bucket next to my machine (or, as the girlfriend recommended, to get drunk and compensate one rotation with another).
