by Vasil KolevI went to IBB, as I haven’t gone there in some time… It was fun, although a lot of people were late and Bobson had to wait for us for 40 minutes :). I saw Lora (for whom I can’t really think up of a good compliment), with who we had a lot of fun and scared a bit the people around, at some point Velin tried to burn me with a cigarette and I poured some beer on him and his neighbour :). After that Anton wrote a greedy that solves the walk-through of chessboard using the horse’s move, so we tested it and it turned out that it fails at a 4×4 board (for which I’m not sure that there’s a solution), for 35×35 and for some more after that (we tested until 49×49).
(If Anton agrees, I’ll upload the source somewhere, I’m also thinking about giving it to some sick people to see the algorithm)
The day itself was really merry, started with one coffee to wake up, one beer to calm down and 5 tablets valerianae (which didn’t help a lot, so at IBB I drank some beers). But, running on the principle “More can be done!” I’ll keep going forward, until the organism decides that it won’t stand me any more :)
