Day two of Openfest is over, quiet and nicely, we did a good Q&A discussion, I’ll watch later some of the recordings.

I’ve been thinking for a long time that something needs to be written on the topic of the local elections and their technical part. Turns out that Alex Stanev had described it pretty well (and he has done a lot on the system). It’s for the local government elections, but for the other types it looks in the same way.
