I feel like writing about ‘net at home’, after not having connection for 4 days …

This is clearly a godsend… It helps to relieve the boredom – you can read a lot of different things – slashdot, the register, wikipedia, blogs (I caught up with them just a while ago), my mail (catching up with 1500 messages in lkml is an interesting experience :) ), you can talk to a lot of people ( last night I was explaining to someone how to write modules (units) in pascal), to install new things (I’m doing dist-upgrade in the moment), and I’ll be able to see what the weather could be like, before I go out…

I’m waiting eagerly for the moment, when I’ll be able to carry a computer in my head, and over 802.11 or something like it will be able to connect to the net, while strolling around :)
