Yesterday I mostly worked on the chroot environment for sciforge, so the users will be able to ssh in. Let’s see how many of them will find it useable, I left Kalin with the fun task to install tools for the users (he was emerging JDK, it might be finished with the compilation … :) )

I installed XPlanet, with clouds and stuff, it looks nice, but the speed of the transparent terminal annoys the hell out of me, and I’m thinking about migrating to Xorg, and to find a terminal that has true transparency. But I have this nasty feeling that I’ll have to learn X programming if I want the things done my way, and I’m not really in the mood for such things…
(being at 1280×1024 and having a wallpaper and switching workspaces sucks)

And looks like that in the evening I’ve been so tired, that I forgot to blog. This was expected, after the multi-hour walk, and the lazy day …
