A nice day, but somewhat cold. I graded the last two course papers (one of which was on paper, the other one I received by email), and listened a bit of bagpipe at NDK (this time it wasn’t Peter, but an old man and a woman, who played something very simple and nice, went from a melody to another, and didn’t stop).

At IBB it was fun even more that usual, especially with desync there. I couldn’t resist, and drank a dark beer, although it might not be a good idea with the medicine I’m drinking – but the temptation was great :)

I keep reading about GFS, and it gets more and more interesting – the clustering technologies as theory look like a really nice part of the computer science.
