This week I’m in the old office as a lot others are in vacation and someone has to keep the stuff running…

It definitely started well. In the morning I got woken up to fix some problem that turned out to be due what dns is the dhcp giving (and how that other dns has no idea about some things), after which in the end I got to the office and explained the people that it has to be cleaned and arranged.

So the day passed in fixing the problems that showed up, cleaning and arranging of the office, the small store room and the small server room (which is used for a store room because of the lack of space). We got a pretty big pile of garbage to throw out, arranged there rest (like – a box of broken hard drives :) ), there’s even place to put some machines…

Also I found that I haven’t lost my slave-driving abilities :) I wonder when the support people are going to shoot me :)
