I finished reading “The end – memories from the totalitarian time” by Georgi Chukrin. I wanted to write something long about it, but I’m sleepy, so I’ll just say this:
Ladies and gentlemen communists/socialists/whatever-you-are, no book and no tale will excuse or vindicate you for what you did. Even this try is laughable, especially the part where Todor Zhivkov was removed only with the immense help of the Soviet embassy. Nothing can justify you for what you did to Bulgaria before the 10th of November, and for the stuff in sum from 1944 until now it’s not enough even to shoot you. Please just go away somewhere, we’re tired of you and your “ideas”.

(And for the people who want to tell me that I haven’t live there, that I know nothing, that it was wonderful, etc., the tickets to China, North Korea and Russia aren’t too expensive, go there, they love those ideas. Or just go live somewhere with people that have gone through a frontal lobotomy.)
