Cameras and stickers to better the education.

So, does someone know how much of the budget goes for hard drugs? Diplomas in this country are sold with all the extras and registrations, can be said – by the university itself (or at least by the people on who the whole documentation is dependant). The here now is (hopefully not really everywhere) a part of the whole system, from the beginning to the end, and this will just raise the costs without some serious effect …

If that’s such a problem, why don’t they just publish the list of people that has graduated? It seems faster, easier and a bit more effective even.

In the camera topic – Peio has written enough on it. But it seems like a nice idea for these cameras to be put on the politicians.
