Monday night marla and some machines in Lirex’s POP were down, because of a UPS problem… They definitely need a 24h support.

Today I finished the thing that Niki wanted for the dnsbl, sent it to him, and started gathering and sorting the stuff for the next semester. In the moment I’m cleaning up the plan for the second introductory lecture (the first one is for the course itself, organizational), and up to now, it looks awful, it needs some serious fixing.

After that at IBB I got my LPIC1 certificate, it looks nice, and even goes with a small plastic card (like a credit one :) ), at which there is written, that you’ve passed level one :) I have to warn everybody – level 1 is not the highest, as Zhoro Chorbadzhiyski wants to deceive people (he might be scared, that I’ll beat him at level two :) ). The meeting was nice, with beers and all kinds of conversations, which continued on the way home with chervarium, about the significance of this certificate (I told him that IMHO if you can pass the test for this one, you’ll be able to find your way in all kinds of strange unixes, he wasn’t that sure…)

I’m thinking about getting some sleep, because tomorrow is the last date for writing grades, and that’s all for the course this semester. It’s not a bad idea to be up at 14:00, to be at the faculty in 15:00.
