Today was a day for a lot of walking…

I got memory for marla, and now she’s behaving better. The two memory chips are DDR333 and DDR400, let’s see if she has problems like the last time.

Looks like I’ll be working on a hack contest that’s going take place at the annual overclocking contest next month, it’s looking interesting.

We managed to test the restoring from backup of the freebsd in the project (using installation from ftp, because it still refuses to work with the damn USB CDROM), at monday we’ll have the acceptance protocol signed, because by then the executive director will be back.

I got home with desync, who returned a lot of books, and I lent him some new ones, after which me, he, Velin and Lora sat and drank a wonderful cognac (I’m still finishing it) that’s 25 years old, and talked.

What a cognac… But it makes the work go slow…
