The day was moderately interesting – I got up, found in the logs of marla a notification that one of the drives is dying, and will be changing it next week, and worked on some stuff. It was a somewhat lazy day, in spite of all my tries to finish my work.

In the evening with Velin and Lora (in fact mostly with Lora, Velin fell asleep on the coach) we watched some more Cowboy Bebop. Since the last rearrangement it got a lot easier to lie and watch, or to fall asleep at movies (looks like the television is one of the best sleeping pills :) )

The power went out for a while about 10 minutes ago, and although my machines survived, the net connection died. Now I have power, but the connection still isn’t up – I guesss there isn’t power somewhere else ont he way, and some amplifier is dead. So I’ll blog this when possible.

I’m still reading Cryptonomicon.
