There is a conspiracy against me – the books that were due to be published last week were published today, including the third part of the “Malazan book of the dead”. Today also the students turned in their course papers, and right now I have a big pile of stuff to read… To make this even more interesting, at the end of the month the last two books of the Baroque cycle by Stephenson :)

Through the day I read that somebody is wanted for the job that I’ve always dreamed of – director of IETF. Looks really great, but I have the feeling that I lack 20 years of needed experience. I wonder if I should try – somebody said that the modesty is for those that have no other virtues :)

And at least I had some time to cut the split ends of my hair, they were getting out of hand.

In the evening after the turning in of the course papers I, desync, Zhoro and Nikolay gathered to discuss the plans for the next few days – we have the second test, checking, testing of some course papers, and grading.

And I want to sleep.
