Right by Murphy’s law, there was a stupid bug that comes when comparing signed and unsigned numbers… I found it after 2 hours of digging, debugging and black magic. It’s really funny to debug something that’s in use, and it’s even more fun when it’s a web server with minimum of 30 requests per second :). And last on the topic – ltrace sucks, it’s more an obstacle than a tool.

The debugging was helped with a big dose of Chinese food :)

After less than a hour the satellite picture from meteo.fr (for 18:00) should be out, to see what’s going on around Dobrich. Today we made some really weird voodoo to move the mail through the backup link (why nobody thought of that before me, and when will they get an AS, to run BGP, ans solve these problems once and for all…)

flipflop here has the crazy idea to write a content management system by himself for iseca.org (there isn’t anything there in the moment :) ), and his stupid hard wooden head can’t understand that he doesn’t need to reinvent the wheel, and there are hundreds of such systems floating around. Where is my hammer, to make the explanation easier….

Since today the washing machine is officially working, we should drink for it … I even had to wash manually once, and I’m no good at that – I could do the dishes, it even helps me relax, but that’s it :)

FSA-bg are thinking about relocating their site and services somewhere, and I offered them hosting on marla, let’s see what will they decide, they’ll be something interesting to host:)
Saying marla, Monday, when I pay the UPS, I’ll get 512MB more ram for her, because 256 just isn’t enough, and she get’s pretty loaded these days :)

And now, it’s time to test the UPS with the new batteries :)
