2009-02-06 week and a half
February 6th, 2009 by Vasil KolevI’ve almost forgotten to write, so one by one …
It’s nice I didn’t start with the first book by Amos Oz they published in Bulgaria. “Story about love and darkness” seems boring, “Knowledge of a woman” is good, but doesn’t match “The black box”. By this logic the next one should be really good :)
(I keep reading “The communal capitalism”, pretty interesting one)
Wednesday we did a pretty fun IBB, where I got really drunk. It was pretty useful :)
Before new year I bought a new phone – Samsung D780, a dual sim card one. I promised a few people to tell them what do I think about it, so here it goes… It’s a bit bigger than the normal and the balance is weird (e.g. while holding it with one hand, it’s a bit uneasy to unlock), but doesn’t weight a lot. The things I don’t use (like the music player) have a bit of a weird interface, and sending someone’s phone over SMS (and sending SMSes in general) is a bit weird, but you can get used to it (and I’ve lived on siemenses for a long time anyway). Doesn’t make weird problems, and with a bit of playing I was able to upload the rest of my phone numbers in it. Pretty helpful is that I can charge it from an USB port. Also, turns out it can survive a pretty hard strike.
(in short – it’s fine).
I’ve started drinking coffee in the morning before work. Nasty stuff, but helps not being like a zombie half of the day.
I’ve started reading House M.D., and I’d write something about how nasty seems to be a doctor and about the debugging of medical problems, but I’ll first leave it to clarify itself in my head.
